Once we receive the request from the client, we prepare the electronic equipment, and the interpreters prepare specifically for the topic of the event, and also receive additional preparation and guidance from other interpreters in the group.

Once finalized the event, the electronic equipment is revised, maintained, and hygienically cleaned. Satisfaction surveys are sent out to our clients.
