Michael David Kastensmidt | 
            
Born in the United States, graduates as an Electrical Engineer from 
		Texas A&M University in 1989. Holds several internships in General 
		Electric and RJR Nabisco in Texas, General Motors in Michigan, and 
		Schlumberger Wireline in Germany. Awarded a study internship related to 
		Engineering and Politics in Washington D.C. through the WISE program 
		(Washington Internships for Students of Engineering). After receiving 
		his degree, starts a short career with Schlumberger Wireline in Latin America (Caracas, Punta Arenas, Tierra del Fuego, and Comodoro Rivadavia). In 1990, founds GES in Comodoro Rivadavia and starts working as a translator and interpreter for the main companies in the region. A member of SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers), he currently continues as President of GES Resource.
